Today when the matter was taken up before this Court, by placing on record a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.698/2016/B1 dated 27.07.2017, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent submitted that the order dated 12.05.2016 in W.M.P.No.15409 of 2016 in W.P.No.17706 of 2016 passed by this Court, has been duly complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the same.
