ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking action against the third respondent for obtaining illegal appointment by submitting false document on compassionate ground.
2. The petitioner is a sister of third respondent. The petitioner's father while he was in service died on 11.09.2017 due to ill health. He died leaving behind the petitioner her mother and 3rd respondent. While being so, the 3rd respondent obtained No Objection Certificate from the petitioner and applied for appointment on compassionate ground. Considering the above, the 1st and 2nd respondents were given appointment to the 3rd respondent for the post of Office Assistant on compassionate ground. The 3rd respondent has prepared a fake document of No Objection affidavit and he himself signed the petitioner's signature in the No-objection affidavit and got the appointment on compassionate ground. It is also seen that there is a 2/4
dispute between the petitioner in respect of the property. Therefore, now she submitted representation stating that the third respondent forged her signature in the No Objection Affidavit and obtained employment on compassionate ground. That part, the petitioner without even challenging the appointment of the third respondent, now she seeking direction to take appropriate action as against the third respondent.
3. Therefore, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 20.03.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking-Order gvn G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.
