Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the second respondent in letter No.VaB/2016/Ko.31/permission/Va1, dated 01.12.2016, quash the same and consequently remove the construction made by the sixth respondent. ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent permitting the sixth respondent to construct a bridge to access her residence.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsels appearing for the official respondents that entire bridge work has been completed and it is under usage now. The bridge was constructed by the sixth respondent on her own expenses. That apart, the petitioner is a third person who cannot have any grievance over the order impugned in this writ petition. Therefore, on these counts, this Court finds no 2/4
infirmity or illegality in the impugned order passed by the second respondent and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
