Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DEEPIKA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16881 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 417, 495, 496 of IPC in Crime No.17 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
