ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered in the Crime No.172 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the said FIR, already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been laid and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.204 of 2018. The said final report has been challenged before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26741 of 2018. By an order dated 06.03.2019, this Court has quashed the entire charge sheet. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
