PRAYER:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order, dated 02.11.2015 in Na.Ka.No.2208/A5/2015 on the file of the third respondent, in respect of the deployment and transfer of E.Regina Mary, from the petitioner minority school to the sixth respondent school, and quash the same.
