Learned counsel for the applicant seeks time for settling the matter. Mr.T.Srikanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioning creditor is skeptical about the settlement proposed by the insolvents. The Official Assignee states that the CMDA has executed a sale deed in respect of 891.84 sq.mts. of land in Madhavaram Bus and Truck Terminal in favour of the non-insolvent partner - T.K.Mohan as well as the Official Assignee. Though the sale deed has been executed the same has not been registered. This application is adjourned to 09.04.2018. If the applicant is unable to settle the matter by 09.04.2018, the Official Assignee is at liberty to proceed for further sale of the property.
