CRIME NO.2052 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court vide bail order dated 18.02.2022 in Crl OP No.3238 of 2022 (On the file of this Hon'ble Court) that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 A.M., for a period of three months, until further orders and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ILLIYAS, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3238 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
