ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 28.01.2015, given by the petitioner and to direct the first respondent to monitor the investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint given by the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner had entered into a sale agreement dated 09.07.2014, with the opposite party for purchase of property and had given certain advance amount. But the opposite party is neither returning the advance amount nor ready to execute the sale deed.

4. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to the respondent-police to register an FIR, wherein it https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relates to breach of contract. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
