CMP No.16719 of 2022 in CMA Sr. No.34578 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 370 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the fact that the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, has no objection for allowing this petition, the delay of 370 days is condoned.

4. CMP No.16719 of 2022 is ordered, accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.G.Mohammed Aseef, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 in the cause list, at the time of admission.
