ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking permission to effect service on the respondents through Substituted Service.

2. In the affidavit, it had been contended that notice had been directed to the respondents at their last known address at Coimbatore. However, the notice could not be served and it had been returned, stating that the respondents had left.

3. Under those circumstances, the petitioner seeks to effect service through substituted mode.

4. Taking all these factors into consideration, permission is granted to effect publication in any one issue of "Malai Malar", having circulation at Coimbatore.

5. Publication shall be effected on or before 26.12.2025, indicating the date of hearing as 30.01.2026.

6. Accordingly, the CMP.No.16064 of 2025 in CMP.No.21771 of 2024 in A.S.SR.No.96028 of 2024 stands allowed.

7. List the appeal suit on 30.01.2026.
