Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the 1st respondent proceedings in e-auction published in The New Indian Express and Dina Mani on 11.03.2020 and scheduled held on 30.03.2020 is illegal and quash the same and consequential direction or nature of dirction directing the 2nd respondent to brought the e-auction under the SARFAESI Act 2002 in Item No. A is extracted 13(4) notice of the spinning mill property was measuring about 12 acres situated in SF.Nos. 311/1 2 3 312/1 and 313 Anaipatti road Musuvanoothu Village Nilakottai Taluk Dindigul District.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.,] The petitioner challenges the e-auction notice published in the News Dailies on 11.03.2020, as to the auction to be held on 13.03.2020.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that
on the date of auction, there were no bidders and as such nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.
3. This Court heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, nothing remains to be adjudicated on merits in this Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
