ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.1530 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police and file the final report.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.1530 of 2012 on 30.05.2012, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the accused is undetected. He would further submit that the respondent police are taking every effort to secure the accused. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5. In such view of the matter, there cannot be any direction issued to the respondent police to file a final report. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and secure the accused.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
