The matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to my notice that in the order dated 03.07.2025, in paragraph Nos.1 and 5, the case in DOP.No.269 of 2023 was inadvertently typed as DOP.No.260 of 2023. Hence, he prays for necessary corrections to be carried out in the order dated 03.07.2025.

3.Considering the above, Registry is directed to carry out aforesaid corrections in the order dated 03.07.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties. Except for the aforesaid corrections, the order dated 03.07.2025 remains unaltered in all other respects.

ORDER
The petitioner is the wife, who has been arrayed as the respondent in DOP. No.260 of 2023 before the District Court, Mayiladuthurai.
2. The petitioner is a resident of Tanjore and expressing inconvenience to attending the proceedings at Mayiladuthurai, the petitioner has come forward with the present transfer CMP. 3/6
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has to take care of her minor son as well as the aged parents. Hence, she seeks transfer the case.
4. The respondent, despite service of notice, has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. Hence, the respondent is called and set ex-parte.
5. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the DOP. No.260 of 2023 is withdrawn from the District Court, Mayiladuthurai and transferred to the file of the District Court, Tanjore.
