..Respondent(s) Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus thereby direct the 2nd respondent to award incentive mark (2 Marks) for rendering service as Medical Officer in the Dispensary run by the Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation Limited at Parali, Kundah Power House's Coimbatore District and in consequence thereof declare the petitioner to be

eligible for the post of Assistant Surgeon in the selection process for the year 2024 in pursuance of the Notification No.01/MRB/2024 dated 15.03.2024 issued by the 2nd respondent.
