ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents herein to provide effective police protection to the petitioner's company to erect transmission cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical and electronics equipments, OFC Cable and its maintenance work on the said BTS transmission Tower at Villupuram District and Taluk in Salai Agaram Village Limit in Koliyanur Panchayat Union LImit in Salai Agaram Village in Survey No.139/8B1.
2. Heard Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It appears that the petitioner company is putting up cell phone tower in the leased out land, which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondents Police are directed to look into the nature of the petition and to give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
