This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for CCB and CBCID 1/4

cases at Egmore, Chennai, to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.6838 of 2023 within a stipulated time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for CCB and CBCID cases at Egmore, Chennai, is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.6838 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
