Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed order dated 23/11/2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.22100 of 2021 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 am until further orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S D.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH,Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22100 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation and the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
