Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024, wherein and whereby, the petitioner sought for issuance of Patta in respect of the subject property in S.No.162, Plot No.33, situated in Mangalm Nagar, Koil Padhagai Village, measuring to an extent of 2400 sq.ft in his favour as per the rectification deed registered as Document No.4279/2011 dated 11.05.2011.
3. The main grievance of the petitioners is that even though he has given a representation dated 12.02.2024, till date, the same has not been considered by the second respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the petitioner herein has not made the application through online, seeking Patta in respect of the subject property. As per prevailing practice, if the petitioner submits an application through online by paying requisite fees, the same would be considered by the second respondent. .
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without expressing any view or opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to submit an application through online, by paying requisite fees through E-challan, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the application and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties if any, as the case may be, within the stipulated time as Pg.Nos.3/5
stated in Circular No.R1/2005632/2022, dated 17.07.2023 issued by the Commissioner of Land Administration from the date of receipt of the online application.
