2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 315 days in filing above CMA is condoned.
4. It is made clear that petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim any interest for the delay period of 315 days in the event of his success in the appeal.
4. Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission.
