Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the condition order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.865 of 2022 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.865 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.
