ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 17.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law., the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.In the complaint, the petitioner has alleged that she had executed a Lease Deed on 29.12.2011, that has been mistakenly registered as Sale Deed by the opposite party. 4.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the transaction is said to have been taken place in the year 2011 and it appears to be civil in nature and therefore, the police cannot be permitted to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
