Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the committal court viz Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, on all working days until further orders, imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19820/2020 dated 16.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the committal court viz., Judicial Magistrate, Gingee on all working days until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19820 of 2020 dated 16.02.2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19820 of 2020 dated 16.02.2021, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
