ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.On reading of the complaint, the petitioner has made allegations against his parents in-laws in whose house his wife is residing with children. It is seen that the matter is essentially a matrimonial dispute which has been decided by the Family Court only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and not by the police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
