PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 397 & 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records and to set aside the order dated 04.04.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.5544/2017 in Crl.M.P.No.5204 of 2017 passed by the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

2. Pending investigation, the second respondent herein filed bail application before the Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore for grant of bail and the same was granted and hence, the defacto complainant/Amudha, filed Crl.M.P.No.5544/2017 for cancellation of bail and the same was dismissed. Hence, she filed criminal revision.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent stated that in the meantime, pending criminal revision, the matter has been investigated and RCS Notice was filed in 15/2018 on 21.11.2018.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication and the same stands closed.
