KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.
8686 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 341, 302 & 102(b) of IPC, in Crime No.7 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court dated 02.01.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on Monday at 10.30 AM and Friday at 04.30 PM. This petition is ordered accordingly.
