Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 12.01.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.396 of 2022 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police every Saturday @ 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.396 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022.
