Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition order dated 02.12.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.22889 of 2021 directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police every Wednesday @ 10.30 am until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.ARTHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22889 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the conditions without any deviation and the Investigation Officer has completed the investigation and filed a final report.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side),the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed.
