.. Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the explosive licenses granted to

the 5th respondent consequently direct respondents 1 to 4 to stop illegal manufacture and transportation of the explosives by the 5th respondent considering the petitioner representation dated 10.03.2017 within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.Sundar, J.) After some arguments, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, says that he wants to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks leave/liberty of this Court to assail a communication / order dated 29.06.2017 bearing Ref.No.LN-2/2017-18 made by the fourth respondent. Such leave/liberty is granted.

3.This Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty/leave. No costs.
