In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed, however, by directing the respondent/contemner to pass a detailed order once again, based on all the representations filed by the petitioner and communicate the same to him. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to make a further detailed representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
