This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint given by the third respondent. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no case is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the respondents Police and the respondents are not harassing the petitioner.
