This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.8525 of 2014 dated 10.04.2014, which required the respondent to file final report in Crime No.19 of 2013 within a period of two months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that charge sheet has been filed in the case and the same has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.161 of 2015 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Vellore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case.
