ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 306 of I.P.C in Crime No.209 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submit that in this case, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court. He would further submit that this court may direct the petitioners/accused to appear before the trial court and file an appropriate petition to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the trial Court and file an appropriate petition to workout their remedy in the manner known to law .
