ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court at Cheyyar in Crl.M.P.No.ATN20230000115C202400015 by an order dated 18.11.2024 in C.C.No.31 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that after filing of final report, the Trial Court had taken cognizance in C.C.No.31 of 2020. After a period of five years, the petitioner filed a petition for further investigation and the same was dismissed by the Trial Court.

4. In view of the above, the Trial Court had rightly dismissed the petition and this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.ATN20230000115C202400015 dated 18.11.2024.
