Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience to the order in W.P.No.41001 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015 dated 29.12.2015. For Petitioner : Mr.S. Sathia Chandran For Respondents : Mr. K.S.Suresh, GA

O R D E R

Alleging violation of the order of this Court made in W.P.No. 41001 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015, the contempt application is filed.

2. In the counter filed by the third respondent, it is stated that the order of status quo was passed on 29.12.2015, but the petitioner has not been engaged Nominal Muster Roll in the Public Works Department from 01.12.2015.

3. Mr.S.Sathia Chandran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the stand taken by the respondent is not correct and on 29.12.2015, a Staff Nurse has given a letter to PWD to carry out some works which was received by the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the letter was a bogus one and on the date of order, the petitioner was not employed.

5. Though it is contended that the petitioner has proof to substantiate his contention, however, except the alleged letter, no other material was produced by him. I do not find any wilful violation of the order by the

respondent. Hence, the Contempt Application is dismissed. No costs.
