Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2037 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2037 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on the 1st & 15th of every English calender month until further orders instead of every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. -sd/- 05/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
