2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's son is arrayed as accused in Crime No.8 of 2024. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that notice u/s.41-A Cr.P.C. will be issued to the petitioner.

3. In the considered view of this Court, if notice u/s.41-A Cr.P.C., is issued to the petitioner, he has to co-operate for the enquiry. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued to him, he has to challenge the same in accordance with law.
