Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the seniority list published by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.K2/76/2024 dated 03.03.2024 in respect of the Assistants/Rural Welfare Officer (Grade - I)/Accountant in Rural Welfare and Panchayat Raj Union, Krishnagiri District and quash the same insofar as the order of the 1st respondent revising the seniority of the 2nd respondent by deciding the appeal in annexure II Serial No.1 of the impugned proceedings and placing the 2nd respondent in Serial No.5 of the seniority list are concerned.
