J U D G M E N T
The plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2008 before the learned District Munsif, Ambur is the appellant in the above second appeal.
2. Mr.M.V.Krishnan, learned original counsel for the appellant is no more.
3. Mr.C.Parthiban attached to Mr.M.V.Krishnan, Advocate, represents before this Court when the case was listed for hearing that the appellant is no more and the same was recorded on 10.06.2024 and 13.08.2024.
4. Though Mr.C.Parthiban could not file the Vakalat since the deceased is no more and had sent a letter by way of registered post in the name of the appellant, which was returned with an endorsement 'deceased'. Recording the same, the second appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 28.08.2024 cda Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order 2/4
