Crl.O.P.No.6947 of 2019 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 14.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.6947 of 2019 , the offences have been wrongly mentioned as "147, 341, 323, 364(A), 368, 387 and 506(ii) IPC" instead of "294(b), 323, and 506(ii) IPC"and hence seeks for appropriate orders.
3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.
4. In view of the above submissions, the offences stated in the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 14.03.2019 is to be read as follows: "294(b), 323, and 506(ii) IPC"
