This petition is filed to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 2 to 4 who are the driver, owner as per R.C. and owner of the vehicle respectively remained exparte before the Tribunal and prayed to dispense with notice to the respondents 2 to 4.

3.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 4 and their names are printed in the cause list, there no representation either in person or through counsel.

4.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 144 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
