Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP.No.1599 of 2021 dated 08.02.2021 that the Petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station daily at 10.30 A.M. Until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1599 of 2021 dated 08.02.2021, directing the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station, daily at 10.30 a,m., until further orders.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. However, there is a life threat to the petitioner in the prevailing situation.
