O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is stated that the encroachments have been removed. The photographs have also been produced.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would still contend that the encroachments have not been removed.

3. According to the learned Special Government Pleader the encroachment that is not removed is only to an extent of 1.5 inches in the form of basement.

4. If the petitioner wants removal of that also, it is open to the petitioner to file a regular suit against the encroacher and have it removed. Accordingly, this Sub-application is closed.
