This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dated 29.01.2021 in R.C.A. No. 652 of 2017 on the file of the IX Court of Small Causes Judge at Chennai confirming the order and decree dated 19.07.2017 in R.C.O.P. No. 194 of 2013 on the file of the X Judge of Small Causes Court at Chennai.

2. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication, as it has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
