Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Weekly once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.MP.14105/2021 in Crl.OP.20019/2021 dated 23.12.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.MANOHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.N.P.KUMAR, Special Public Prosecutor, for NCB, Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 23.12.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.14105 of 2021, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for weekly once from 3rd January onwards at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
