The District Revenue Officer, Vellore, passed an order during the currency of this contempt petition. The order was passed on 04.12.2015. The petitioner has already challenged the said order in W.P.No.1636 of 2016.

2. In view of the subsequent events, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. It is open to the petitioner to canvass all the points before the writ Court in W.P.No.1636 of 2016.

The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
