O R D E R

The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.617 of 2010, within a stipulated time.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner though the Original Petition is pending from 2010, the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, has not disposed of the same yet. Hence, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.617 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
