O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Manikumar,J) Father, has sought for a writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce his son, D.Karthick, aged about 20 years.

2. Supporting the prayer sought for, he has stated that since 1/2/2017, his son was missing. According to the petitioner, though complaint given on 7/2/2017, registered as C.S.R.No.189 of 2017, no action was taken. Hence the Habeas Corpus Petition.
3. Up notice, the Inspector of Police, E-3 Teynampet Police Station, Chennai/first respondent has produced D.Karthick. We enquired him. He submitted that he has not been detained by anybody. As allegation of detention is emphatically denied, question of issuing writ of Habeas Corpus does not arise.
4. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. mvs.
