ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 448,307 of IPC and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.58 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Due to previous enmity, the petitioner picked up a quarrel with the defacto complainant and assaulted him using iron rod causing severe head injuries.

3. Considering the fact that the victim in this case sustained fracture injuries and still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
