ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.28437/2014 dated 30.10.2014, the writ petitioner has preferred this contempt petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings of the second respondent - Director of School Education, Chennai in Na.Ka.No.109359/D1/E3/2016 dated 29.09.2016 and consequential communication of the third respondent - District Educational Officer, Nagercoil in Na.Ka.No.43/A2/2016 dated 07.11.2016, whereas, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said order is in contravention of the order passed by this Court.

3. However, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience of the order of this Court. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed, however, if the petitioner has got any grievance, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
